The reason we believe this is that we have a detailed knowledge of your financial and taxation position that should exceed that of traditional finance providers who you may use on an ad hoc basis.
This excellent additional service is achieved with the accreditation and training we have received from Profit Plus, who are a part of the Count Financial Group.

What does this mean to clients?

Clients of Craig Allen & Associates are able to be provided with the services that they would normally receive from a finance broker or bank, with added professional services at no additional cost to the client. These services include:

• Reviewing your finance requirements and advising you on the most suitable and affordable finance that meets your needs.
• Ensuring that the finance you undertake is the most tax effective from a tax deduction and GST viewpoint.
• Preparing detailed finance quotations which are prepared and faxed to you for your review and approval.
• Liaising with third parties to obtain other information needed to complete your financing arrangement including obtaining copy of tax invoices etc.
• Attending to all the preparation of your loan application with the minimum of fuss and disruption to you.
• Providing the relevant finance company with all the financial information required. This normally includes taxation returns, financial statements and assets and liability statements. It should be noted that no information is provided unless approved by our clients.
• Once prepared, arranging for you to sign the relevant loan documentation at a place and time that suits you best.
• Advising you when settlement of you loan has been completed.

What does this service cost the clients?

Like finance brokers, Craig Allen & Associates are paid by the finance companies for providing this service.
As Craig Allen & Associates is paid for establishing your finance needs, you will receive professional services in addition to those provided by finance brokers, for the same fee. These include the following:

• Advice on the best loan to establish from a taxation and GST point of view.
• Providing your financial information to finance companies, banks or finance brokers.
• There being no need for us to obtain copies of your finance documents from you at year end.
• Any other advice provided that is relevant to establishing the finance.
